If you can’t join us in person, we begin live streaming from church on registration night and continue right through RingFest culminating with the Friday night concert.

Please note:  Due to venue space limitations, RingFest participation is limited to groups who attended the previous year.  Interested Adventist Academy Handbell Choirs can request to be placed on a wait-list and will receive notification when a space becomes available.  To be placed on the wait-list, please contact event organizers via email ringfest@hotmail.com.

 

Please remember there is a $50 non-refundable deposit due with Registration for each person (Director, Ringers, & Chaperones) attending RingFest.

T-shirt design competition for T-shirts to be sold in RingFest Store.

Design Rules:
  • Must fit on a standard t-shirt – no larger than 10″ x 14″
  • The design must fit on either the front or back of a t-shirt (No designs that utilize both the front and back of the shirt)
  • Must contain a reference to music (i.e. music notes, music notation, etc.). *preference will be shown to handbell specific references*
  • Must contain  NO MORE  than 3 colors not including the color of the t-shirt itself. We encourage the use of less than 3 colors to help keep the shirt affordable
  • Must be appropriate (i.e. no profanity, sexual references, crude imagery, etc.) If clarification or confirmation is desired, please reach out to event organizers.
  • It is encouraged for the design to reference Ringfest or our 25th anniversary, but it is not required.
  • There is no limit to the number of entries a single person or school can make. The design does not need to come from a member of the bell choir. The more the merrier.
  • There is no monetary compensation for this competition. The winner(s)’s design will be used for a t-shirt that will be sold in the Ringfest store.  However, the winner(s) will receive a complimentary t-shirt with their design.
  • Preferred formats:  Vector, Adobe Illustrator, & high-resolution PNG

 

Submission Deadline:  Friday, October 10, 2025, 2 pm EDT
